Abstract
Abstract The new characteristics of modern war put forward new requirements for intelligent ground-based air defense radar. This paper refines the new characteristics of modern war from the aspects of combat object, combat environment and combat style; Based on this, from the perspective of adapting to modern war, this paper analyzes and summarizes the intelligent development of ground-based air defense radar in intelligent perception, resource allocation, man-radar integration and so on, which plays a guiding role in the theoretical research and engineering realization of ground-based air defense radar technology. In addition, the combat effectiveness of intelligent and traditional ground air defense radar is evaluated by analytic hierarchy process, which can be used as a reference for subsequent research.
