Abstract

This study is mainly conducted to study about the customer awareness on various products of life insurance and non life insurance. The prime consideration in selecting market research services for the study is due to its tremendous growth in the industry. The major factors behind the selection of the topic are to know the benefit of insurance and identifying the level of customer satisfaction. For the purpose of study, administering questionnaire has collected data. A sample size of 100 respondents was selected according to the simple random sampling method. Percentage analysis has been used for the purpose of analysis and interpretation.
