Abstract

Nowadays, thousands and millions persons are shopping on the web. The primary purpose of this study is to analyse the online shopping behaviour of consumers in Thoothukudi district.
 
 The main objectives of the study areas below.
 
 
 
 To study the socio-economic status of the consumers.
 
 
 
 
 
 To know the frequency of online purchase and monthly spending
 
 
 
 
 
 To understand the the effect of socio economic characteristics on awareness about online shopping
 
 
 
 
 
 To find satisfaction of daily internet access and perceived online buying
 
 
 
 
 To examine the consumers experience benefit from online shopping
