Abstract

Taking a Power Plant Project as an example, the experimental study on clay soil foundation treatment with squeezed branch pile is carried out. The experimental data before and after soil foundation treatment were compared, through the pile capacity test, pile composite foundation soil bearing capacity and static load test, etc.. The theoretical calculated value difference between carrying capacity and the actual test results were obtained to verify the feasibility of Squeezed branch pile in composite foundation program, and get the Squeezed branch pile bearing capacity and other design parameters, which provides a reference for the optimization of engineering piles and the treatment of the thick clay soil foundation.
