This study is aimed at innovative concept has been born during the processing of translation work that may professional translators' suffering related to gender issues. Professional translators make use of their own intellectual experience to overcome incredible differences in culture or customs between mother tongues andforeign languages. The most difficult sentence in case of work translating is the contents about "gender bias". It should be important factors for translators who could have awareness that there might be present challenges to comprehensive intelligent on the gender bias exists among the literary works even materials on sciences when they would start translate into their mother languages. It would not be some evidence for almost all human beings who could be not interested in gender bias issues nor have laypersons ever been resolving on bold challenging matters which are still existing diversified categories and complex unsolved problem against for all human-being. The broader range of the unsolved on gender bias issues is enormous domains that still include from social and cultural background to human birth as the living entity.The purpose of this study should be add innovative "Index" toward gender bias which is still contradictions in our time, herein after called digital Gender Bias Index. Any kind of political system in the world is now the timing for approbation from many laypersons for the basic ways of thinking of our idea of Gender Bias Index that could develop as attractive case result called "Gender Quota". Through easily archiving processing for Gender Bias Index in translation, Gender Quotas for one culture system at last would be given as a symbol of improvement. Our study suggests that for the next generation of translation science could elaborate and utilize the artificial intelligent system for progress and implication of Gender Quotas.
