Abstract
The article analyzes the specialists’ condition readiness for the implementation of the gifted pupils’ deviant behavior prevention. The main criteria for the diagnostic and analytical work were scientific-theoretical, practical and psychological readiness of the specialists. А Questionnaire for Determining the Level of Preparation Main Subjects of Gifted Pupils’ Deviant Behavior Prevention in General Secondary Education Institutions is developed. А list of questionnaire questions based on the selected components of specialists’ condition readiness for the implementation of the gifted pupils’ deviant behavior prevention in general secondary education institutions. Data processing was performed using the φ* Fisher angular transformation criterion.The main specialists of the prevention of gifted pupils’ deviant behavior prevention in institutions of general secondary education who agreed to participate in the study were class teachers, teachers, and deputy directors for educational work, social teachers, practical psychologists, and student-volunteers.The results obtained indicate on high indicators of preparedness of these subjects for the organization of socio-pedagogical work with gifted students, readiness to introduce a system of the gifted pupils’ deviant behavior prevention in institutions of general secondary education, readiness for self-development and to a manifestation of social activity and initiative. However, low indicators of their knowledge, skills and abilities on the problem of the gifted pupils’ deviant behavior prevention in general secondary education institutions are observed.The prospects for further research on this problem are determined.
