Abstract
The Communist Party and Soviet government display constant concern for Soviet young people and students. This is shown, particularly, by the joint Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and the USSR Council of Ministers, On Measures for Further Improvement in the Material and Housing and Daily Living Conditions of Students in Higher and Specialized Secondary Educational Institutions.
