Abstract
Sub-Coulomb one-nucleon transfer processes have been investigated. These include the transfer reactions induced by 13C ions on 90Zr, 88Sr, 92Mo and proton transfer reactions induced by 16O ions on 90, 92, 94, 96Zr. Angular distributions of all the above reactions were measured and absolute differential cross sections obtained between 90° and 180°. The variation of cross section with Q-value can be experimentally established. Variation of cross section for different fractions of the Coulomb barrier were investigated, and theoretical fits were made using the distorted wave Born approximation.
