Abstract
Sufism is a unique style of understanding the existence of supreme power. It practices for the betterment of society. Sufism in the south Asian Subcontinent benefited the people of these instructions a new interpretation of Sufism and religion was brought by Ghulam Fareed Ganj Shakar. His poetry contains a significant share in the Guru Granth (Sacred Book of Sikhism). Hi, stresses self-realization or Allah’s realization. This article attempts to understand the cultural values of the sub-continent through the legendary poetry of the fabulous Baba Fareed Ganj Shakar.
