Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop and build the project adventure, attraction, and happiness of cormorant Eco-tourism model, and find out the effects of the model, the subjects were those tourists who visited Kinmen in the cormorant season. The exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were applied in this study. Results indicated the estimate of the original model revealed the RMSEA, NCI, and GFI did not fit the suggestion parameters, the modification model has deleted three observed variables parameters less than .7, only RMSEA did not match the fit, most of the parameters matched the fit, the model has being indicative of good fit, and project adventure affected attraction, project adventure affected happiness, and attraction affected happiness. The recommendations are that the Kinmen local government can apply this model to create the effects for the Eco-tourism, for instance, build the rope bridges, make some activities use the rope to swing across the small river banks, create the wooden bridge, shelters, seats, etc. for tourists to watch cormorants, besides, the effects of project adventure, attraction, and happiness can be the core for designing the new tour for traveling in Kinmen.
