Abstract
With the coming of network economy, it brings a new chance for enterprises to form virtual R&D team. By utilizing the advance network and information management system, virtual R&D team can be setup without the geography limitation. Intellectual property sharing is one of important aspects in virtual R&D team, but the loss of intellectual property will also be a threat to the existence of virtual R&D team. At first this paper sets up an intellectual property risk evaluation index system of virtual R&D team. Based on rough set theory, a method is applied to evaluate intellectual property risk evaluation in virtual R&D team, which can enrich the risk control theory.
