Abstract

Establishing a business model for a healthcare service does not guarantee that the aim and the future expectation of the healthcare service institution will be met. Instead, finding ways to initiate a blueprint for the healthcare service system under an adequate management method and achieving the objective of each management process through the healthcare service system, are the major task of all healthcare service institutions. This study provides the medical institution a practical example of how to develop healthcare service systems after the establishment of the management system.
