Abstract
With the steady increase of the resident electricity load in China, the flexible load represented by smart home appliances also increases gradually. In this paper, resident flexible loads are classified according to different modes of load demand response, and corresponding detailed demand response models of load electrical equipment are established. A day-ahead scheduling strategy of demand response (DR) for resident flexible load in smart grid is proposed. The proposed strategy system makes full use of the detailed electricity consumption data of resident users and performs stochastic optimal scheduling of resident load demand response with high error accuracy. For the power grid, it can effectively reduce the peak load, peak valley difference and total load power consumption. For the residents, it can effectively reduce the electricity cost with less influence on their comfort. In addition, it also provides strong support for urban resident load demand response decision under the condition of smart grid.
