Accounting is an information system as s part of the significant management information system provides the organisation with information on various aspects. Cloud Accounting allows accounting managers to access financial information from anyplace in the world round the clock leading to no geographical and infrastructural boundaries. This paper focuses on comprehending the term cloud computing, current scenario and prospect in cloud computing, and will likewise make comparative analyses between conventional accounting and cloud accounting.
