A Study about Business Ethics Education System in Chinese Colleges and Universities

Abstract

China is currently under economic and social transition. Its business environment is in great need of ethical construction. The subjects of economics and management in universities not only undertake the important task of training future business and administrative elites, which is the backbone of the economy, but also shoulder the education of strengthening the students' sense of business ethics and social responsibility. More fully increasing the quality of professionals, education of business ethics should be included in the reform of higher education. The professional subjects of economics and management in universities should construct a modern system of business ethics to meet the needs of all-rounded business and administrative elites by integrating the modern society with traditional Chinese thoughts on business ethics, appropriating education experiences of foreign business ethics, reforming the content and format of business ethics education, etc., so that the education of business ethics will be popular and developed, resulting in a more ethical construction in the business of the society.
