A structural design of key modules of China Railway Group’s Financial Shared Information System

Abstract

Under the new situation of rapid development of China’s railway, how to realize the effective modern financial management mode has become an important direction of financial management exploration of China’s railway system. Based on the reality of financial information development of Chinese railway enterprises and the significance of the construction of Railway Financial Sharing Service Center, this paper analyzes the necessity of the construction of Railway Financial sharing service information system. At the same time, on this basis, from the construction of Railway Financial Accounting and reimbursement system, image management system and cloud platform service system, this paper designs the operation structure of railway enterprise financial sharing service information system, and explains the importance of strengthening the construction of Railway Enterprise Financial Sharing Service Center. The research shows that the system structure design can promote the standardization and improvement of the financial sharing system and business process of railway enterprises, enhance the integration of existing financial management information systems, strengthen the business collaboration and internal control mechanism, and effectively improve the management efficiency of railway enterprises.
