Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the dynamics of a stochastic virus dynamical model with both cell-to-virus infection and cell-to-cell transmission and cure rate. We show the existence of a unique global positive solution of our system, we give a sufficient conditions for persistence of the infected cells and virus, we prove that the virus-free equilibrium is almost sure exponentially stable. Numerical simulations are achieved to illustrate theoretical results.
