Abstract
RF energy harvesting and D2D communication technologies have the potential to provide energy and the spectrum replenishment for the wireless networks. In this paper, we propose a network model for the performance analysis of D2D communication with RF energy harvesting in a peer to peer simultaneous wireless information and power transfer (SWIPT) strategy with the RF transmitters. We use the stochastic geometry models such as Poisson point process (PPP) and the Ginibre Determinantal point process (DPP) for the distribution of the base stations, cellular and the D2D users in cellular network. The D2D users use one of the channel allocated to the cellular users during transmission by using the prioritize spectrum access policy (PSA). The proposed network model is simulating in the MATLAB for the performance analysis and the results are equated above 10,000 recitations. The results show that the DPP distribution is more effective in D2D communication with SWIPT transmission and energy harvesting than PPP.
