Abstract
Under study is a boundary-value problem for a quasilinear elliptic equation. The solution to this problem defines the velocity profile for a stationary flow of an incompressible viscoelastic polymeric fluid in a channel with elliptical cross section. The problem is solved numerically with a nonlocal algorithm without saturation.
