Abstract

A black phase CsPbI2Br film was prepared by mesophase transformation strategy in air atmosphere, and a methylamine acetate vapor-assisted annealing method was applied. The CsPbI2Br film exhibits a stable α phase in air atmosphere through the characterization of time-dependent photoluminescence. The process of methylamine acetate not only improves quality of CsPbI2Br film but also optimizes its phase stability. We demonstrate efficient solar cells based on CsPbI2Br film exhibiting 8.7% power conversion efficiency initial and 5.9% after 7 days in air atmosphere.
