Abstract
Given the escalating and rapid advancement of technology in recent decades, modern society has progressively recognized the need and practicality of having applications on their personal technological devices. These applications are intended to simplify the execution of routine tasks and, consequently, save time.This Article presents the development of a mobile application designed for the purpose of submitting expense reports, while also ensuring its adaptability to meet the needs of future customers across diverse industries. The primary goal of this application is to automate and streamline the process of expense reporting, thereby eliminating the requirement for manual completion of paper forms.This paper describes the steps and details of the development of the app using the Power Apps platform, one of the most popular and renowned frameworks for software development using the Low-Code approach. In addition, the use of a technological tool such as Power Apps shows the importance of innovation and process automation for today's reality, especially in times of change and challenges.
