DOI: 10.1590/2179-8966/2017/27033 Resumo O artigo visa a analisar a relacao entre direito e desigualdades sociais sob a perspectiva da Sociologia do Campo Juridico de Pierre Bourdieu e Yves Dezalay. E abordagem eminentemente teorica. No âmbito de suas categorias fundamentais, o texto perscruta a violencia simbolica presente no embate por dizer o direito e, ao mesmo tempo, busca desvendar a maneira pela qual perpetuam estrategias de poder e dominacao, associada as apropriacoes dos diversos capitais (cultural, economico, social e simbolico). Abstract The article aims to analyze the relationship between the Law and social inequalities from the perspective of Sociology of the Legal Field of Pierre Bourdieu and Yves Dezalay. Based on its fundamental categories, the text scrutinizes the symbolic violence present in the struggle by saying the right and, at the same time, seeks to discover the way in which perpetuate power and domination strategies associated with the appropriation of the various capital (cultural, economic, social and symbolic).
