Abstract

The ongoing article provided the opportunity to explore the phenomenon about the manifestation of the Burnout Syndrome in preschool educational teacher’s weather in public or private schools. However, the research was accomplished through the use of some articles previously published about the aforementioned theme. Nevertheless, the research shows itself as an important instrument to diffuse the understanding about the exhaustion because of the work, its cause and different consequences that causes great prejudice to the professional affected by the syndrome. Moreover, the current article was of great purpose in order to promote discussions about the previously mentioned theme and, consequently, instigate better work condition for teacher.
