Abstract
Mössbauer emission spectroscopy of 119Sn was applied to the study of site distribution of carrier-free 119Sb and 119mTe on crystallization of SnTe and SnSb melts, respectively. 119Sb was incorporated into both the Sn and Te sites of SnTe, the distribution ratio depending on the stoichiometry of the matrix. 119mTe was found exclusively in the Sb site of SnSb.(AIP)
