Abstract
Direct true lumen cannulation of the aorta (DTLC) enables effective antegrade perfusion and is a potentially advantageous technique for cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) in acute Type-A aortic dissection (ATAAD) scenarios. This report presents results with this cannulation technique.
