Abstract
<h3>To the Editor:</h3> In the July, 1964, issue of theArchives of Ophthalmology, on page 64, there is a report under the heading Surgical Techniques on "A Simplified Treatment for Entropion," by Dr. M. L. Kwitko. This operation is exactly what is described as Müller's operation on page 112 of the book<i>Meller's Ophthalmic Surgery</i>, sixth edition, published in 1953 by the Blakiston Company. I have been using this operation with great success for many years but certainly would not think of reporting it to theArchives of Ophthalmologyas an original operation.
