Abstract

Abstract CuInS2 and AgInS2 semiconductor nanorods are prepared readily from a stoichiometric mixture of In(S2CNEt2)3 and Cu(S2CNEt2)2 or Ag(S2CNEt2), by remove of the thione groups with ethylenediamine at 195 °C in a solvothermal process.
