Abstract

Summary Activated glycerol dichlorohydrin was used as the color-developing reagent instead of antimony trichloride. Saponification and extraction of unsaponifiable procedure was omitted since the fat was directly used after dilution. The time required is less than the method for extracting the unsaponifiable fraction.
