Abstract

The\(\bar pp\) scattering data at low energies are very well reproduced with the one-boson exchange potential (OBEP) and with the annihilation described by a boundary condition at a certain radius. Our only free parameter is the boundary radius. We show that the elastic\(\bar pp\) forward peak is not a diffractive peak. Its slope as well as the antishrinkage are explained by the OBEP alone.
