Abstract

Abstract Biomolecules can be covalently grafted onto the hydride-terminated porous silicon surface through a simple three-step method: amino-silanization, attachment of succinimidyl ester, and finally immobilization of a fluoresein-labeled IgG. And each surface is characterized with transmission infrared Fourier-transform and photoluminescence spectroscopy.
