Abstract
A simple derivation of Reimbold's drain current spectrum formula is obtained from the usual input voltage spectral density for flicker noise in MOS transistors. The demonstration relies on a general expression of the MOSFET transconductance. Complete equivalence between approaches based on drain current or input voltage noise spectral densities is emphasized.
