Abstract

Abstract A facile and novel method has been developed for synthesizing nanoporous Mn2O3 materials with polyhedron morphology, high surface area, and narrow pore distribution by controlled thermal decomposition of the oxalate salt precursor. This method can be extended to the preparation of other kinds of nanoporous oxides.
