Abstract
Dr. Grlik is Chief of the Narcotic Section, Institute for the Control of Drugs, Zagreb, Yugoslavia and was formerly a member of the United Nations Secretariat as a collaborator of the United Nations Narcotics Laboratory, Geneva. He is the author of many books, articles, and scientific papers dealing predominantly with analytical chemistry, pharmacognosy, and drug control. He is at present Government scientist cooperating with the Joint Program of Opium Research of the United Nations.-EDITOR
