Abstract
In this work, utilizing a generalization of Maxwell’s method a simple expression for the effective thermal conductivity of dilute dispersion of hollow spheres was derived. It is shown that the formulae is similar to that of solid spheres but with a modification of the effective thermal conductivity of the particle owing to its hollow core. The additional condition for floating dispersion in liquids.
