Abstract

With the continuous development of higher education, both national and local governments have increased their investment in the construction of higher education infrastructure. There are various types of buildings that universities need to build, and most of the infrastructure construction in universities is sustainable. This leads universities to not only focus on the engineering construction itself, but also pay attention to the relationship between the engineering and the normal operation of existing campuses in infrastructure construction and management. This article analyzes the current focus of infrastructure management in universities from three aspects: quality, cost, safety, and civilization.
