A Short Review Based on the Article Entitled “Evaluation of Literature Quality of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment on Ischemic Optic Neuropathy”

Abstract

These research results indicate that the quality of relevant literature on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment of ION is generally subpar. Future research should focus on studies where the intervention is acupuncture treatment and standardized and rigorous multi-center large-sample clinical trials.
