Abstract
A graph [Formula: see text] on [Formula: see text] vertices is called a hyperenergetic graph if [Formula: see text] where [Formula: see text] is the energy of [Formula: see text]. In this paper, we consider hyperenergetic Cayley graphs. In detail, for any abelian group [Formula: see text], we construct a class of Cayley graphs over [Formula: see text], in which almost all are hyperenergetic. Furthermore, we also construct such a class of Cayley graphs over the dihedral group.
