Abstract
We describe a severe case of swimmer's itch in Victoria with widespread bullous eruption, which is a rare manifestation of this condition and presented a diagnostic challenge. This is the first case reported in Victoria, having been previously reported in more northern parts of Australia; with climate change trends, swimmer's itch is likely to become increasingly common in southern parts of the region.
