Abstract
The article analyzes the legal nature, content, procedure and consequences of approving a settlement agreement by a court and certifying a mediation agreement by a notary, as well as the range of cases in which these reconciliation results can be used. Based on the results of the study, proposals are formulated to improve arbitration procedural legislation and legislation on notaries.
