Abstract

To keep system frequency and tie-line power as planned and make full use of all AGC capacity resource in power system, an AGC coordinated control strategy for interconnected power grid is proposed based on Shapley value. Tie-line bias frequency control mode is adopted during AGC operation of interconnected power grid, and the state of system operation is divided into different grades according to absolute value of frequency deviation, when the system is in different grades the way of setting frequency bias coefficient is different, so the operations of AGC in different control areas are coordinated. Profit models of all control areas during the operation of AGC coordinated control are constructed, including the profit model of AGC capacity demand and the cost model of frequency regulation obligation. When power system is operating in coordination frequency control area, by periodically changing the setting of B coefficient according to the Shapley value of the cooperative game theory, the frequency regulation obligation cost is changed, and the profits of all control areas are optimized. Simulations are conducted on three-area interconnected power system, verifying the effectiveness of the proposed AGC coordinated control strategy for interconnected power grid based on cooperative game theory.
