Abstract

AbstractA set of algorithm stored into the Dynamics of Land System (DLS) model is a collection of program that simulates pattern change of land uses by conducting scenario analysis of the area of land use change. In this paper we show that the model analyzes causes of the dynamics of land use pattern, simulates the process of land use changes and assists land use planning and land management decisions. We introduce the main procedures of DLS including framework, parameter configuration, function modules and results output.KeywordsAlgorithmSimulateParameter configurationDLS
