A Sessile Drop Method for 3D Cell Spheroid Culture In article number 2100972, Bangyong Sun, Gang Li, and co-workers demonstrate a sessile drop platform for long-term spheroid culture. Benefitting from its open, upward, and non-wettable features, the sessile drop platform provides not only high mechanical stability and easiness of medium exchange but also excellent antifouling ability and high oxygen availability, thus enabling a robust long-term spheroid culture in a high-throughput manner.
