Abstract

This paper proposes an unequal power divider feeding network working at 94GHz. It is based on the ridge gap waveguide technology for millimeter-wave radar applications and using a series and parallel hybrid feeding network. This feeding network is composed of T-junction and Y-junction unequal power dividers. Adjustable pins and large power ratio dividers improve phase consistency and amplitude-tapering flexibility. The reflection coefficient is below −15 dB from 92.4 GHz to 96 GHz. For a frequency of 94 GHz, the proposed model achieves the reflection coefficient of − 26.25 dB.
