Abstract

In order to solve the problem of pressure pulsation in closed-circuit hydraulic system under variable pressure conditions, a self-adjusting pulsation attenuator is proposed in this paper. This device has the characteristics that the air pressure changes with the oil pressure. It uses the principle of gas-liquid coupling to suppress pulsation, and is suitable for hydraulic systems with wide range of pressure changes. In this paper, through reasonable assumptions and formula derivation, the mathematical model of the device is established. On this basis, a simulation analysis model is built to verify the pulsation attenuation ability of the device under different working conditions. It is proved that the device is effective under variable pressure conditions.
