Abstract

This paper suggests a design method for the speed monitoring system of catalyst circulation in installations with a circulating disperse catalyst. The design method is characterized by self-adjusted calibration. The authors demonstrate that reliable self-adjustment can be carried out via continuous self-learning sampling of statistical data on catalyst redistribution between a reactor and a regenerator.
