Abstract
The use of NFC mobile payment has increased dramatically over the last few years. The huge number of payment transactions has caused an increase in the economic growth rate. However, NFC mobile payment protocol still have insufficient security properties and fairness. In this paper, we recommend a novel NFC mobile payment protocol for m-payment that offer both fair exchange and information security in a POS (Point of Sale) transaction processing system. Moreover, methods of offline session key generation and distribution are implemented in order to improve the security, whilst keeping the property lightweight. According to our analysis, the results have shown that our protocol tends to be more efficient and effective than others, with regards to the properties of security and fairness.
