Abstract
A second generation interactive classroom television system (ICTS) is now in use in two California classrooms for partially sighted children. The various components of the system and how they interact are described, illustrating its versatility in presenting video and audio information to individuals or groups of students. Educational consequences of ICTS in special classrooms are discussed.
