Abstract

With the improvement of living standards, cars have gradually become popular and convenient means of transportation. While people drive cars, the cleaning and maintenance of the cars is also necessary. However, there are some problems in life, such as the inconvenience of car washing, the waste of water resources and the high cost of car washing. Based on these practical problems, this paper designs a car cleaner which adopts electromechanical integration and micro-devices to realize efficient, low-cost and convenient car wash. This scheme combines a high speed rotating disc brush and spray cleaning technologies which simplify the process of car washing. The scheme not only improves the car washing efficiency, but also greatly reduces the water consumption of the car wash, achieving a good cleaning effect, energy saving and environmental protection. At the same time, the telescopic rod mechanism can be used to adjust the cleaning working distance. The disc brush is easy to disassemble. This structure can expand the product function and meet the cleaning requirements of different automobile exterior surfaces. The scheme uses simple circuit control buttons to achieve an orderly car wash function. Compared with the traditional car wash method, the car cleaner is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly. In addition, the car cleaner is simple to operate, convenient to carry and low-cost to clean.
