Abstract
Multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar with frequency diverse array (FDA) produces a range-angle-dependent steering vector, which can provide more degree of freedom (DOFs) to suppress the deceptive jamming in joint transmit-receive domain. However, the suppression performance of deceptive jamming would degrade significantly in the presence of target steering vector mismatch. In this paper, with the prior knowledge of possible target region, a robust deceptive jamming suppression method based on covariance matrix reconstruction with FDA-MIMO radar is proposed, which can significantly improve the performance of deceptive jamming suppression. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed method under different scenarios.
