Abstract
The discovery and development of medical formulations is presently concentrated on the improvement of therapeutic drugs to be aimed at the targeted location or place to reduce total dissemination in the host. The Mucoadhesive drug delivery system is most potential therapeutic agent. The buccal route is a best route from all dosages form.
